These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AgentAI Studio’s website, services, digital products, and subscription plans (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Provided

AgentAI Studio offers AI-powered marketing services for real estate professionals, including but not limited to content creation, listing descriptions, video scripts, chatbot automation, ad creatives, CRM automation, and lead-funnel development. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Service at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. You agree that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Subscription Terms & Billing

By enrolling in any subscription plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable, including partially used periods. Prices may change with notice. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does notentitle you to a refund for the current term. Services continue until the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, videos, graphics, scripts, funnels, and deliverables produced by AgentAI Studio remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered materials for your personal real estate business only. Redistribution, resale, or white-labeling is prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide necessary materials—branding assets, access permissions, property details, approvals, or information—promptly. Delays caused by missing client materials do not pause billing. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local real estate board rules and advertising regulations.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our Services, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, share your access credentials, or engage in activities that disrupt or compromise our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

AgentAI Studio provides marketing and automation tools but does not guarantee specific results, sales, lead volume, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may require access to third-party platforms such as CRM systems, social media accounts, or advertising tools. You authorize us to access these platforms solely for the purpose of delivering agreed Services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes within third-party systems.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or harmful behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection, usage, and storage. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your state or country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where AgentAI Studio operates.
