A legal disclaimer

All payments made to AgentAI Studio for subscription plans, digital services, and customized marketing deliverables are final and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of our services—including content creation, AI automations, listing materials, video production, chatbot setup, and strategic support—we cannot issue refunds for any portion of a billing cycle, regardless of usage. This policy applies to all monthly subscriptions, one-time services, add-ons, onboarding fees, and digital products. Refunds will not be provided for unused time, client delays, missed appointments, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, failure to cancel before the renewal date, or the client’s decision not to use materials provided. If a service error occurs on our part, such as incomplete or incorrect deliverables based on the agreed scope, we will correct or revise the work at no additional charge. Clients are responsible for cancelling subscriptions prior to the next billing date; cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term and do not trigger refunds.
